Keep one bad shot from following you into the next three holes.
Make a decision, trust it, and swing without negotiating with yourself.
Replace vague goals like “be more confident” with one personal Process.
Use good and difficult rounds as evidence instead of ammunition against yourself.
“I finally stopped carrying one bad hole into the next three.”
— Mark R., weekend golfer
You can build this kind of response intentionally.

After coaching thousands of golfers.
Most golfers think they have ten things to fix: more confidence, more focus, more commitment, fewer emotions—and somehow less caring—all at once.
No wonder the mental game feels overwhelming.
You probably don’t need more tips or ten things to practice.
You need to understand what is happening, choose what matters most, and have a Process for when golf gets hard.
My Mental Caddy® doesn’t hand you another list of things to fix.
It teaches you how to coach your own game.
This is not three months of disconnected app access. It is a guided experience for understanding what is happening mentally, choosing what matters most, and building a personal Process for when golf gets hard.
Practice that Process on the course, during practice, in competition, and in your preparation. Then review what happened and decide what deserves another rep.
The result is greater clarity, stronger self-coaching, and a repeatable mental-game Process you know how to use.
Understand why golf feels so mental, what your brain does under pressure, and why certain reactions can feel automatic.
Learn the why without finishing a course before you can start improving.
Use your Mental Game Index, CCC Tracker, and Reality Check to observe what is actually happening.
Awareness replaces guessing and gives you a clear place to begin.
Use Magic Wand to identify what matters most. Then build My Process with your warning sign, reset, Power Thought, and next action.
One clear practice—not ten vague intentions.
Prepare before you tee off, carry your On-Course Card, and use guided Coach prompts when pressure, frustration, doubt, score, or overthinking appear.
Turn mental-game information into action when you need it.
Use your Post-Round Evaluation, Wins, Power Thoughts, Locker Room, and Trends to recognize evidence and refine your Process.
Every round becomes useful—even the messy ones.
The tools work together so you know what you are practicing, why it matters, and what to do next.
Decide how you want to show up before pressure starts making suggestions.
Review My Process, your Power Thoughts, and your On-Course Card. Carry one clear response plan to the first tee.
Bad shots are part of golf. Carrying them for the next three holes doesn’t have to be.
Reconnect with My Process through your On-Course Card or guided Coach prompts when you need help resetting or committing.
Your score tells you what you shot—not how you managed your mind.
Use your Post-Round Evaluation, Mental Game Index, CCC Tracker, and Reality Check to review how your Process showed up.
Progress is easier to trust when you can see the evidence.
Return to My Process, Foundations, Wins, Power Thoughts, Locker Room, and Trends to refine the response you want under pressure.
Short lessons connect to the tools, so you can understand why the work matters and return to the action you were taking.
The goal isn’t to need a coach beside you forever. It’s to become your own best Mental Caddy.
Follow one common golf problem—from the first bad shot through preparation, on-course support, and post-round learning—and see how the system helps you turn one bad shot into only one bad shot.
Turn what you learn into a Process you can practice in preparation, during practice, and when golf gets hard.
Once a month, join me live with a recent round, repeating pattern, Process, or pressure situation—or listen and learn from the coaching in the room.
Each session meets you where you are. There is no required order and no call you must attend first.
Can’t attend live? The replay is available during your active 90-day access.
Begin with the situation that matters most. Learn and adjust as your golf evolves.
Stop wondering whether you should work on confidence, commitment, focus, pressure, or something else.
Identify what is getting in your way and build a practical Process for what to notice, think, and do when it appears.
Your first Process can includeThis is your starting point—not the entire system.

It’s about learning how to coach the golfer you already are.

Hey, friend.
I’m Coach Kathy Hart. I grew up in a family of golfers—my dad was a club pro, and my brother played on the PGA Tour for twenty years.
I could strike the ball with anyone. My putting was another story.
One day, while listening to a podcast about managing your mind, it hit me: I could use the same tools on the course. So I experimented.
Within ten days, I had the best putting stretch of my life.
I hadn’t changed my stroke.
I hadn’t changed putters.
I had changed what I believed.
By then, I had been named an LPGA Top 50 Teacher and a Best in State instructor. The last time I received the Top 50 award, I stopped teaching swing mechanics and devoted my work to the mental game.
I built My Mental Caddy to give golfers the mental-game support I wish every golfer could have before, during, and after a round.
You don’t need another random tip.
You need a system that teaches you how to coach your own brain.
I’m in your corner,
Not another pile of disconnected tips.
A connected system for understanding, measuring, practicing, responding, and learning from your golf.
Understand what your brain is doing and why the tools work.
Short lessons connect directly to actions inside My Mental Caddy.
Turn “my mental game is a mess” into one clear place to begin.
Identify what matters most and build a Process you can practice on the course.
Observe your mental game without turning data into another reason for judgment.
See patterns in preparation, resilience, focus, self-talk, enjoyment, people, and conditions.
Decide what you will do before an old reaction gets another free round.
Create reminders for warning signs, resets, thoughts, and next actions.
Keep the work simple enough to use while golf is happening.
Prepare your intention, carry fast reminders, and choose a guided path when you need help.
A difficult round can still become a useful round.
Save learning, collect evidence of progress, and decide what deserves another rep.
